Steve? Yes? Thanks for coming in today. Thank you for having me. Yeah, I appreciate you applying for the job. Always. When’s the earliest you could start, Tyler? Kyler. Mrs. Anderson? You can call me Marlene. Okay, Marlene, we appreciate you applying for the job. Thank you, I appreciate being here. Let’s just dive right in. Boom! Go! What’s your availability like? I’m boycotting Daylight Savings Time, so I’ll either be an hour early or an hour late, depending on the seasons. Tell me a little about yourself. My mom says I have to get a job, so that’s why I’m here, because she wants me to get a job. Why did you leave your last job? Of course, Harry, he was, he was, I just felt like he was looking at me in a particular way. Of course, he was blind, so I don’t know why I feel that. Why did you leave your last job, Steve? Fired. Next question. So what do you think you bring to the table? I can read people’s energies. Let me read your energy real quick. You’re a coyote. Congratulations. I don’t run errands, and I don’t answer the phone. You know what I do? I look hot. 24, hot. Whatever you need, I can do it. Janitor, CEO, cook, I can do it all. And I have done it all. And I will do it all. Okay, so you do have experience in all of those areas. No, but I just believe I can do it. So availability, you know, that’s kind of a week-to-week thing for me. You know, I really just kind of like, we’ll see. So what do you consider your weaknesses? Chocolate, candy, Snickers, Reese’s Pizzas. Racist pieces. Becky, I think we’re done here. Do I get the job? Some shows don’t need a celebrity narrator to introduce the show. But this show does. In a world filled with endless opportunities, why would two men who have built 13 multi-million dollar businesses altruistically invest five hours per day to teach you the best practice business systems and moves that you can use. Because they believe in you. And they have a lot of time on their hands. They started from the bottom, now they’re here. It’s the Thrive Time Show starring the former U.S. Small Business Administration’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Clay Clark. And the entrepreneur trapped inside an optometrist’s body. Dr. Robert Zilner. Two men, eight kids, co-created by two different women. Thirteen multi-million dollar businesses. We started from the bottom, now we’re here. We started from the bottom and I’ll show you how to get here. Started from the bottom, now we’re here. We started from the bottom, now we’re here We should climb, started from the bottom, now we’re at the top Teaching you the systems, too, kid, what we got? Colton Dixon’s on the hooks, I break down the books See, bringing some wisdom and the good looks As a father of five, that’s why I’m alive So if you see my wife and kids, please tell them hi It’s the CNC up on your radio, and now 3, 2, 1, here we go! We started from the bottom, now we’re here. We started from the bottom and we’ll show you how to get here. We started from the bottom, now we’re here. We started from the bottom, now we’re here. We started from the bottom, now we’re here. We started from the bottom and we’ll show you how to get here. Alright, Threat Nation, I’m in my studio today and as you know, we work with clients all over the country, wonderful listeners to the podcast, and we have a podcast listener. We’re going to modulate his voice because we do not want to reveal his undisclosed location, his undisclosed name, any of those things. This is just a listener to the Thrive Time Show. He also participates in the group interview process every week, and I need accountability because I want everybody to know, this is why you have to do the interview every week, folks, because according to Inc. Magazine, 85% of people lie on their resumes. According to Inc. Magazine, 85% of people lie on their resumes, and the job candidates are getting more and more squirrely. James! James! I’ve got to yell at James. James! I need James to be here for a second. James, you’ve got to hear this, because… James, are you there? James! I feel like you’re not here! One second, we’re getting James in the studio here, folks. Okay, come on in here real quick. We have a caller, he’s calling in the True Story, and I want you to hear this. We’re not going to disclose his name. We’re not going to disclose what he does. He’s a listener. True Story is a listener, okay? I’m ready. From an undisclosed area, and he does the group interview, the interview process that we’re going to teach on part two of today’s show. He does it every week, because 85% of people lie on resumes, and 75% of people steal. And he has a good friend of his that also does the group interview every week and he’s here to share with us about what happened at last week’s group group interview and I’m going to show you the photo so you see the photo don’t comment on it yet. Okay so sir whoever you are and you could even be gender-neutral we don’t even know your gender we don’t know your location we don’t know where you’re from just tell us the tell us the story and I’ll have James listen here sir. Yes my friend has been doing the group interview for several months and a few weeks back he had a person come in and they had a flying squirrel attached to their leg and sat down for the group interview with the flying squirrel crawling all over him. It even crawled down her shirt. A minute later it proceeded to crawl out and start crawling around the floor and decided to urinate and poop on the floor. And then he decided to try to go get on some of his deer mounts in the office and he had to politely ask his sleaze to please apprehend this flying squirrel and get it out of the office as soon as possible. James, you’ve seen the interviews in my office that have taken place for a long time. I love interview night. You do? I do. It’s like WCW. Why do you like interview night, James? Well, my favorite interview night, we had about 45 people in the office come for the interview. All applying for a job. Yep. One person stands up, he’s about six and a half feet tall, 235 pounds, gets up and says, so what do you do for diversity and inclusion? And then Clay, you just respond, yeah, we just don’t do that here. And this gigantic man lady then walks out of the office and that was that. That was that. One more comment before we let our undisclosed listener, who’s called from an undisclosed location, doesn’t want to put his life on blast, doesn’t want to be a public figure. So Aaron Antis, did I tell you about the Aaron Antis witch story? Have I told you this story? Dude, I want to hear this thing again. Okay, real good. So Aaron Antis runs a company called Shawhomes.com. Been a client of mine for a long time, like seven years. And mystery guest, it was getting near his birthday or a special time of the year, you know. And we had two candidates that applied for a job. It was a big, big interview. We had a lot of candidates. Again, you folks, if you’re looking for good people today, 85% of people are lying on resumes. So I interview every week, you know, 40 plus candidates all at the same time. And this couple sat down together. She appeared to be a he and he appeared to be a she and they appeared to be an it. And they showed up together and they were wearing matching witch hats. And so I said, does anyone have any questions about this job before we proceed as a group? And then we’ll do some one-on-ones with everybody here. And these two put their hands up and the person says, so I just want, the person looks like a woman. So I just want to know, is it okay if we work together? Cause we do our best work together. And I’m like, so you guys want to be paid for the same job, like one salary, one paycheck, but for you two. Exactly. We work together as a team. And I’m like, what position do you want to do? I’m a search engine writer. And I’m like, you’re a search engine writer. You have writing experience? Yes, I write for Witch magazines. I’m a Wiccan. I write for Covent magazines. I’m like, you write for Covent magazines? Absolutely. I write about enchantment. I write about mystery. And I’m like, what now? And I’m listening, and the whole time I’m thinking, this is the perfect job candidate for Aaron Antis. So at the end of the interview, after I talked to the she that sounded like, yeah, what positions are you hiring for? That’s how she sounded. And then I looked at he, the guy that appeared to be a he, and he’s going, this is just so incredible, I just feel so free here. It’s like a spirit of just free and diversity and, he’s just, he’s like prancing around the office. And I said, you two seem like you have what it takes for a friend of mine who’s got the dream job. So I called Aaron Antus up, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop. Aaron, I sent you the best job candidates tomorrow to Shadow, because that’s the step two. After you do the interview, you schedule shadows. I said, they’re the best. These two, it’s like one out of a million. Actually, it’s two out of a million. And so I scheduled that interview, and the next morning Aaron calls me and says, what the hell have you done to my office? I’ve got these two idiots in my office right now when he sends me a photo and he put it up on a video. He actually recorded it on video. So the squirrel story is the best story that I’ve had so far. Mystery guest, do you have any other examples of the group interview process, because you’ve been doing it a long time, of Jack Asker that you can share the potential or in the level of squirreliness as the squirrel story. Man, I tell you what, that one with the squirrel story just kind of takes the cake. I don’t think there’s anything that I’ve experienced that’s come close to topping that one. And Mystery Guest, final question for you. Whatever industry you’re in, whatever state you’re calling from, whoever you are, whatever gender you are, can you explain the benefits of doing the interview every week because you, Mystery Guest, have a successful company wherever you are, doing whatever it is that you do, a long-time listener, whatever gender you are. Can you just tell us how has that impacted your business, Mystery Guest? Yes, so I’ve been doing the group interview for about five and a half years straight, probably only missed two to three weeks in five and a half years of not doing it. And so I would credit the success of my business to that process. I mean just in the past six months I’ve had employees leave because they wanted a different job, some leave because they didn’t want a job anymore, some moved, and those three that left were not playing. If I hadn’t have been doing the group interview the entire time, even though I didn’t need to hire anybody, I wouldn’t have had a bunch of candidates or some fresh candidates coming in. And so when they left, I was able to bring somebody on the following week and not have a dip as far as business production goes. Notice he said, for the last five and a half years, they’ve been doing the group interview every week, with the exception of maybe two, for the last five and a half years straight. You see that? That’s what it takes. Now, if this person had said, I’d been doing the group interview for 55 and a half years, sometimes gay, I think the results would be very different. So I appreciate the gender clarification there, the whole sexuality thing. That’s where the confusion is. It’s just, oh wow. Today’s guest, whatever gender they are, whoever they are, it’s brought joy to my heart and I’m super excited to share the story of the squirrel with the Great Thrive Nation. Thank you mystery guest and we’ll have you on again soon. Do you hear it? It’s a funny squeaky sound. You couldn’t hear a dump truck driving through a nitroglycerin plan. I hear it too. Don’t hear it anymore. Quiet! Shut up! Shh, shh. Mom, don’t move. We can’t let it get out of the living room. Where’s Eddie? He usually eats these goddamn things. Oh, not recently, Clark. He read the squirrels were high in cholesterol. Thank you, Catherine. I’ll try and trap it. Russ! We’re here, Dad. Oh, there you are. Go get the hammer. Clark, what do you need a hammer for? I’m gonna catch it in a coat and smack it with a hammer. I’m going in with him. Nora? Nora! Nora? Nora? Is he gone? Probably got scared and ran back into the tree. Scream! Help! You just march right over there and slug that creep in the face. I can’t just attack someone. All right then, if you’re not man enough to put an end to this shit, then I am. Help! Gone. Oh, my God. What happened to you? Oh, God. This is great. Beautiful. Good God. Where do you think you’re going? Nobody’s leaving. Nobody’s walking out on this fun old-fashioned family Christmas. No, no! We’re all in this together! This is a full-blown four-alarm holiday emergency here. We’re gonna press on, and we’re gonna have the hap-hap-happiest Christmas since Bing Crosby tap-danced with Danny fucking Kane. And when Santa squeezes his fat white ass down that chimney tonight, he’s gonna find the jolliest bunch of assholes this side of the nut house. Grab the duct tape and mentally prepare yourself for yet another mind-expanding knowledge bomb from America’s number one business coach, Clay Clark. Recently I’ve had more and more members of the Thrive Nation asking me, Clay, what do you actually say at the group interview? How does the group interview look? Do you really interview all the candidates at the same time? Seriously? Every Wednesday at 6 p.m. you interview everybody at the same time. How do you do it? When do you do it? Where do you do it? Why do you do it? How do you do it? What does it sound like? Well, I do it Wednesday nights at 6. Why do I do it? Because it’s efficient. Interviewing everybody at the same time is efficient. Where do I do it? At our office at 1100 Riverwalk Terrace in Jeeks, Oklahoma. Who attends? A lot of people. We have like 50 people confirmed say they’re going to be at the interview. And usually 10 to 15 show up. And last night we had a great group of people who attended the workshop and we found some really, really great people. So now let me further ado, this is what our group interview sounds like. Okay, so I’m Clay Clark and this is my office and we’re hiring for a myriad of different positions. And I’ll open it up for you guys to ask questions. So Justice, is that right? I’ll start with you, so because you’re in the back. So Justice, what questions do you, did you remember reading about online? Okay, cool, let’s talk about that. So marketing assistant, and don’t forget to take the eye notice of Dawn. Everybody if you’re looking for a product or service, you typically search on… Branding. Probably, branding. What would you, how would you find you want to go like you’re in Florida tonight? You’re gonna go to a movie or you’re gonna go What do you typically do? What do you do That’s right 94% of people bring for which I now use Google for everything but I mean a room like 1% of 1% know how Google works teach business. And so my dad, he was just crippledly poor. And so my whole thing was I had to find a way to not be poor. So I started a DJ company out of my dorm room. Do you know why I started a DJ company in my dorm room? Because it was fun and you enjoyed it. And you were really good at it. It was something that was needed by the band. What do you think, Justice? I think it’s something that you’re good at. And I’ll say, I wish that I had, it was that deep. It was like, I’m crazy poor and the barrier of entry is pretty low and most DJs are terrible. So I’m like, even if I’m bad, I’m better than them. So I had a service called DJ Connection, this is my pitch. And your name is Barbara. So I’d say, Barbara, I’m a DJ for your wedding, your birthday, whatever. And it’s a dollar if you hire me, it’s a quick cost. And then if you’re happy, you can pay me based on your happiness. So if a 10, perfect 10, I’d love to get paid $600 because everybody else charges that. But if I’m terrible, it’s a dollar. And everyone charges four hours, I do unlimited time. And everyone’s like, are you kidding me? I go, nope, and I help you plan your wedding first. So pretty much every bride at every wedding show said yes every single time and I just grew it and so I sold it we were doing 4,000 weddings a year so it was like a big you know 80 weddings a weekend and then my wife pointed out to me in 2006 or 5 I was entrepreneur of the year for the state of Oklahoma from the small business administration she’s like you know what you do works for other things you shouldn’t be a DJ I’m like why she goes you’re a grown man. So we have five kids and I built that business and then I started teaching people how to grow their businesses, but not in like a, and if you’re in a multi-level, I’m not attacking you, I’m saying, not in a multi-level kind of way, not in a 100% commission kind of way, not in like a get rich real estate kind of way, but like, hey, you’re a chiropractor and let’s sell some stuff. Or hey, you’re a home builder. So now my client, we worked with Maurice Kanbar, who is the founder of Sky Vodka. So when he bought a third of downtown Tulsa, if you look at my name, Clay Clark, Tulsa World, you’ll see the articles. We helped lease, you know downtown used to be dead. We helped lease the rest, we helped basically bring tenants downtown. There you go, the deals we did was the Lotte, was the first downtown restaurant, Mayo Hotel, we worked with them with the bar and all that. Anyway, that’s what we did. And so then people kept reaching out, reaching out, reaching out, reaching out, reaching out. And so now we work with 160 clients. That’s the number, 160. 160 clients. Most of them are not in Tulsa. And Shaw Homes is the largest home builder in Oklahoma. That’s one of our clients. Total Lending Concepts, that’s one of our clients. Barbie Cookies was one of our clients. Papa Gallo’s Pizzeria is a client, Oxyfresh is a client, UPS has been a client, Maytag has been a client. So Ben, come on up here Ben. Woo, this is Ben. Yeah, let’s hear it for Ben. Yeah, Ben, yeah. All right. Now Ben, where were you working at? How long have you been here? I’ve been here eight months. Before that, I was at Lowe’s for eight months. And before that, I was working as a handyman for about ten months. Oh, you shouldn’t have told me that. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Right, that’s great. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Can you do a lot? Is he handy? I’ve done ceiling fans. I hate tiling. No, no, no. No, no. I just think my wife’s been like praying for handyman. So here’s Jesus. Anyway, so and then Ben where did you start? Like what was your role first? I was on the search engine optimization team, so I write the search engine content, so the content that is going to be going on to the webpage for all the clients. Had you ever done this before? I thought I was illiterate. I think I got C’s in English, like high school and college, so I never thought I would ever be writing for my professional career. And what do you do now? I am the SEO, I think I promoted Zara actually. Zara, Zatel, very official. So I manage a team of eight now, and they’re writing content all day long. So it’s my job to make sure that the quality of the content’s gonna be good, make sure that there’s not gonna be any duplicates, because Google loathes duplicate content with a passion, so I loathe it with a passion. How much can you get paid per hour right now? Your current rate? Per hour, current rate I can do about 25 to 27 an hour. Questions? Yeah. Yes. Okay, so you said you’re writing. Are you writing, just writing like a literary artist? Or are you talking about programming? So I, not programming, I don’t know that yet. Okay, but like HTML? Yeah, so we use, so it’s called a Dragon Diction, so we just like speak it, instead of typing it, because that would take forever, plus I can’t spell. But then I just talk. I just kind of write that content as in like two 500 word articles. And let me tell you how this system was created, so you see it. I was building DJ Connection. I hired Bruce Clay, which by the way, $8,000 a month is a lot of money. Contract, 12 months. I’m not bitter about it, but it’s expensive. I still pay him now, but it’s a lot of money. So you’re like, I’m a DJ. Let me tell you about being a DJ. You make $167 of profit a show. If you charge 600. So you’re, you’re not making like, you know what I mean? You’re getting like a, after I pay the DJs and the equipment breaks and hiring and sales and marketing, it’s about 150 bucks. Well, it’s cool. We’re doing 80 a weekend, but it’s still a lot of money. You know what I mean? So I’m going, there’s gotta be a better way. There’s just got it. There’s just, oh, just, oh, you know? So I try to make it really affordable. And so I used to type the articles. And I wrote the best crap ever, man. It was like, oh, and just, you’re gonna love working with our DJs because we had just, I’m using big words like plethora, cornucopia, it’s just, oh, it’s just fabulous. Did you like creative writing stuff? I was, I was like working it. I thought, I thought that’s what mattered was, I thought having really good words was what it was at. I thought like, and my wife was like, have you ever asked women if they’ve ever read these things? I’m like, because most people go to the website and call, they don’t like read your 40 page manifesto about DJ. And so then I’m like, wait a minute. So that’s when I came with the dragon diction thing. And then that’s kind of, anyway, so that’s how that worked. But that, any other questions for Ben? Yes. The training process to get to where you were to start and then to where you are now, like what is, how do you go about it? Is it just this book? My quick interruption is two weeks, hands on. You’re getting paid the whole time, but two weeks is about how long it took you to, is that my right? Two weeks, yeah. And then to start off, after two weeks you’ll be joined on your team. You’re still getting paid on your own team, right away. Yeah, I think there’s someone, the third day on, and so they’re slowly picking up, little by little. We had a young lady today who is great and I think her head was gonna explode, this is like her second day or third day, nice lady. But it’s like you know you’ve never done it before and it’s like riding a bike and unless you’re a weird person you don’t mock babies they’re learning to walk. Oh look at the baby, look at this stupid baby, you know lazy baby. You just you kind of coach up, mentor up, you know you teach. Right yeah so that’s that’s that’s the vibe there. So you learn that and then one day Ben was like, hey check it out My wife is smart and I go your wife is smart. What is this? And then you know, I’m like, oh, well, let’s meet said person. So I’m gonna bring up your wife. Is that cool? So yeah, yeah go in on it. It’s a perfect All right This is Amelia and she happens to be married to that guy And can you explain your path? How long you been here? What you do now? I’ve been here for about six and a half months I started in And I moved from there to sales And then from sales, I’m now in coaching. So I’ve got my first three clients this past week. So Hey questions for Amelia. She’s been here a while but not super long No six and a half months. Yeah, no, she’s going through very fast. She’s plowing through it probably the fastest rate of anybody we’ve had so far. That’s only because of Ben’s her life coach and just telling her what to do. What’s your favorite part? Pathways. You teach them how to start them, setting websites, and what do you mean by pathways? Yeah, so Clay writes all the pathways. That’s like their business plan. You sir, what questions do you have? What is your name? Jacques. Jacques? Jacques. How do you spell it? Z-H-A-J. Z-H-A-J? Yeah. Jacques. Yeah. Is that like a family name? Is this common? It’s not very common in my culture. What does it mean? It means dragon. That’s cool. Can you give them a copy of Dragon Energy? My new book is called Dragon Energy. Oh yeah. Any questions for Amelia about that? Because she’s here. That’s why I have her here. Because she could tell you. You can ask her anything. Yeah. Do you personally make a lot of cold sales? I did when I was… Yeah. So I did when I… It’s kind of split now. But yeah, so when I was doing sales, that’s what I did. I did cold calls. Can you explain who you were calling for, though? Yeah, so it’s for a company called Digi Security Systems. They’re a client of ours, so they actually contract out their cold calling to us. So I would call their leads. They’re doing 100% of the time. So we don’t cold call on behalf of my business. We call on behalf of our clients. Of our clients. Because a lot of our clients are afraid of the phone at first. We have to explain to them, nobody woke up today with a desire to pay you. And they’re like, huh? Like, nobody cares about your product. You got to go call. And if it’s a retail store, you got to get in front of them. You know, every business has its own path. But for Digi, they did the security systems for the gathering place. OSU, OU, be okay. And they get all their accounts by cold calling. So she’s calling on their behalf, if that makes sense. The other call center would be for elephant in the room, so that’s men’s grooming lounge. I don’t know if you’ve heard of it. I have. Yeah, so no matter which location you’re going to, the calls will come in to us, and then we scan it. And if you move to Denver, the company I’ve worked with for a long time up there, Denver, my partner, he and I have an elephant in the room together. The other business, though, is called OxiFresh, and there’s a major call center that books like 8,000 carpets a day. A lot of carpets. So that’s, yeah. But inbound calls for elephant room, basically. Any other questions? You feeling good? Okay. And it’s ja. Am I saying that right? Okay, sure. And what is your culture, by the way? You said your culture, what’s your culture? Hmong? Hmong. And where are you from? Were you born here in this country? Yeah. Okay. Are your parents first-generation immigrants? Okay. Okay, cool. Awesome. Excited. John. Okay. So, I was just curious, if I did get the job, how long would I have to get everything in order to move up here? I don’t live in Oklahoma. And what’s your name? Roy. Roy? And you drove here from where, Roy? Just south of Houston. Really? For this interview? He did. How did you hear about us? Online. I saw something you said. It was about graphic design and I looked into what the company was and did a little research and it looked really great. We have about half a million people listening to our podcast, so they have, I don’t think the workshops you were at, but Sean, were you at the one where we had people from Guam here? Yeah, two of them. So we have people from Guam and Canada and Australia. I’m not sure I’m that far. But no, I’m always amazed though, because you never know with the podcast where it’s gonna reach. We’ve hit number one on iTunes six times, so we get different, like, people that find it. But that’s…so you…how far did you drive? That’s impressive. That’s impressive. What are you doing now? Where do you go to college? I’m super impressed. Okay. And you’re a graphic design guy? program at the school of video game and computer simulation program so I can program, I can write, I can design. To answer your question, what we do is we have a thing called the shadow process and is it Carol, is that right? Grab the duct tape and mentally prepare yourself for yet another mind expanding knowledge bomb from America’s number one business coach, Clay Clark. That’s it. Arms away. Recently I’ve had more and more members of the Thrive Nation asking me, Clay, what do you actually say at the group interview? How does the group interview look? So I grew up crazy poor and I was in a company called DJConnection.com It still exists. But I grew up really poor. I was 16. My dad was delivering pizzas. I’m 38 and my dad was 38, delivering pizzas. He had a degree from ORU, top of the class, Tom Clark. And my dad just didn’t know how, you know, you have a good business degree, but they don’t teach business. And so my dad, he was just crippledly poor. And so my whole thing was like, I had to find a way to not be poor. So I started a DJ company out of my dorm room. Do you know why I started a DJ company in my dorm room. Because it was fun and you enjoyed it. And you were really good at it. It was something that was needed by the band. What do you think, Justice? I think it’s something that you love. Even if you didn’t enjoy it, it was something that you could enjoy. And I’ll say I wish that it was that deep. It was like, I’m crazy poor, and the barrier of entry is pretty low, and most DJs are terrible. So I’m like, even if I’m bad, I’m better than them. So I had a service called DJ Connection, this is my pitch, and your name is? Barbara. So I’d say, Barbara, I’m a DJ for your wedding, your birthday, whatever, and it’s a dollar if you hire me, it’s a quick cost, and then if you’re happy, you can pay me based on your happiness. So if a 10, perfect 10, I’d love to get paid $600 because everybody else charges that. But if I’m terrible, it’s a dollar. And everyone charges four hours. I do unlimited time. And everyone’s like, are you kidding me? I go, nope. And I help you plan your wedding first. So pretty much every bride at every wedding show said yes every single time. And I just grew it and so I sold it. We were doing 4,000 weddings a year. So it was like big, you know. 80 weddings a weekend. And then my wife pointed out to me in 2006 or 5, I was Entrepreneur of the Year for the state of Oklahoma from the Small Business Administration. She’s like, you know what you do works for other things, you shouldn’t be a DJ. I’m like, why? She goes, you’re a grown man. So we have five kids and I built that business and then I started teaching people how to grow their businesses, but not in like a, if you’re in a multi-level, I’m not attacking you, I’m saying not in a multi-level kind of way, not in a hundred percent commission kind of way, not in like get-rich-real-estate kind of way, but like, hey you’re a chiropractor and let’s sell some stuff, or hey you’re a home builder. So now my client, we worked with Maurice Kanbar, who is the founder of Sky Vodka, you know, so when he bought a third of downtown Tulsa, if you look at my name, Clay Clark, Tulsa World, you’ll see the articles. We helped lease, you know, downtown used to be dead. We helped lease the, we helped basically bring tenants downtown. Here you go, the deals we did was Elote was the first downtown restaurant, Mayo Hotel, we worked with them with the bar and all that. Anyway, that’s what we did. And so then people kept reaching out, reaching out, reaching out, reaching out, reaching out. And so now we work with 160 clients, that’s the number, one, six, zero, 160 clients. Most of them are not in Tulsa. And Shaw Homes is the largest home builder in Oklahoma, that’s one of our clients. Total Lending Concepts, that’s one of our clients. Barbie Cookies was one of our clients. Papagallo’s Pizzeria is a client. Oxyfresh is a client. UPS has been a client, Maytag has been a client. So Ben, come on up here, Ben. Woo, this is Ben, yeah. Let’s hear it for Ben, yeah, Ben, yeah. All right. All right. All right, now Ben, where were you working at? So how long have you been here? I’ve been here eight months. Before that, I was at Lowe’s for eight months. And before that, I was working as a handyman for about ten months. Oh, you shouldn’t have told me that. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. That’s great. That’s great. Oh yeah. Can you do a lot? Is he handy? I’ve done ceiling fans. I can do drywalls and stuff. I hate tiling, I hate tiling. No, no tiling, no tiling. No, no, I just think we’ve got, my wife’s been like praying for a handyman, so here Jesus, can I have a handyman? But anyway, so, and then Ben, where did you start, like what was your role first? I was on the search engine optimization team, so I write the search engine content, so the content that is going to be going on to the webpage for all the clients. Had you ever done this before? I thought I was illiterate. I think I got C’s in English, like high school and college. So I never thought I would ever be writing for my professional career. And what do you do now? I am the SEO, I think I promoted to Czar, actually. Czar, it’s a title. I’m the SEO Czar. Very official. So I manage a team of eight now, and they’re writing content all day long. So it’s my job to make sure that the quality of the content is going to be good, make sure that there’s not going to be any duplicates because Google loads duplicate content with a passion, so I load it with a passion. How much can you get paid per hour right now? Your current rate? I can do about 25 to 27 an hour. Questions? Okay, so you said you’re writing. Are you writing, just writing like a literary artist, or are you talking about programming? So I, not programming, I don’t know that yet. Okay, so like HTML? Yeah, so we use, so it’s called a Dragon Diction, so we just like speak it, instead of typing it, because that would take forever, plus I can’t spell. So, but then I just talk, I just kind of write that content as in like two 500 word articles. And let me tell you how this system was created. So you said I was building DJ connection. I Hired Bruce Clay, which by the way eight grand a month is a lot of money contract 12 months I’m not bitter about if it is expensive. I still pay him now, but it’s like a lot of money So you’re like I’m a DJ. Let me tell you about being a DJ you make a hundred and sixty seven dollars of profit a show If you charge 600 So you’re you’re not making like, you know I mean you’re getting like a after that pay the DJs and the equipment breaks and hiring and sales and marketing, it’s about 150 bucks. Well, it’s cool we’re doing 80 a weekend, but it’s still a lot of money, you know what I mean? So I’m going, there’s gotta be a better way. There’s just gotta, there’s just, oh, just, oh, you know? So I try to make it really affordable. And so I used to type the articles and I wrote the best crap ever, man. It was like, oh, and just, you’re gonna love working with our DJs because we have just, I’m using big words like plethora, cornucopia, just fabulous. I was like working it. I thought that’s what mattered. I thought having really good words was what it was at. I thought like this. And my wife was like, have you ever asked women if they’ve ever read these things? I’m like, wait a minute. So that’s when I came with the dragon diction thing. And then that’s kind of, anyway, so that’s how that worked. But that, any other questions for Ben? Yes. Is the training process, you know, where you were to start and then where you are now, like what is, how do you go about it? Is it just this book? My quick interruption is two weeks, hands on. You’re getting paid the whole time, but two weeks is about how long it took you to, did I say that right? Two weeks, yeah. And then you start off, after two weeks you’ll be joined under your team. You’re still getting paid, and you’re on the team right away. Yeah, so we saw, I think there’s someone, the third day on, and so they’re slowly picking up little by little, and- We had a young lady today who is great, and I think her head was gonna explode because it’s like her second day or third day, nice lady. But it’s like, you know, you’ve never done it before, and it’s like riding a bike, and unless you’re a weird person, you don’t mock babies that are learning to walk. Oh, look at the baby, look at this stupid baby. You know, lazy baby. You just, you kind of coach up, mentor up, you know, you teach. Right, yeah. So that’s, that’s, that’s the vibe there. So you learn that. And then one day Ben was like, hey, check it out. My wife is smart. And I go, your wife is smart? What is this? Smarter than me. And then, you know, I’m like, well, let’s meet said person. So I’m going to bring up your wife. Is that cool? Cool. So yeah, yeah, go in. I was super bad. All right. Yeah. This is Amelia, and she happens to be married to that guy. And can you explain your path? How long you been here? What you do now? I’ve been here for about six and a half months. I started in Elton in the room call center, and I moved from there to sales. And then from sales, I’m now in coaching. So I’ve got my first three clients this past week. So I’m doing coaching now. Any questions for Amelia? She’s been here a while, but not super long. No? Six and a half-ish. Six and a half months. Oh, good for you. That’s a lot to go in less than that much. Yeah, no, she’s going through very fast. She’s plowing through it probably the fastest rate of anybody we’ve had so far. So, but that’s only because of Ben’s her life coach and just like telling her what to do. Can you say the words pathways? Are you teaching them starting them, setting up websites, and what do you mean by pathways? Yeah, so Clay writes all the pathways. That’s like their business plan. You sir, what questions do you have? What is your name? Jacques. Jacques? Jacques. How do you spell it? Z-H-A-J. Z-H-A-J. Jacques. Yeah. Is that like a family name? Is this common? Not very common in my culture. What does it mean? It means dragon. That’s cool. Can you give them a copy of Dragon Energy? My new book is called Dragon Energy. Oh yeah? Any questions for Amelia about that? She’s here, that’s why I have her here. She can tell you. You can ask her anything. Do you personally make a lot of cold sales? I did when I was… Cold calls or… Yeah, yeah. So I did when I… It’s kind of split now, but yeah, so when I was doing sales, that’s what I did. I did cold calls. Can you explain who you were calling for, though? Yeah, so it’s for a company called DigiSecurity Systems. They’re a client of ours, so they actually contract out their cold calling to us. So I would call their leads. We don’t call on behalf of my business, we call on behalf of our clients. Because a lot of our clients are afraid of the phone at first. We actually explain to them, nobody woke up today with a desire to pay you. And they’re like, huh? Like nobody cares about your product. You got to go call. And if it’s a retail store, you got to get in front of them. You know, every business has its own path. But for Digi, they did the security systems for the gathering place. OSU, OU, BOK, and they get all their accounts by cold call. So she’s calling on their behalf. If that makes sense. If you move to Denver, the company I worked with for a long time up there, Denver, my partner that I, he and I have an elephant in the room together. The other business though is called Oxifresh and there’s 406 locations, carpet cleaning, and there’s a major call center that books like 8,000 carpets a day. A lot of carpets. So that’s, that’s, yeah. But inbound calls for elephant in the room, basically. Any other questions? You feeling good? Okay, and it’s ja. Am I saying it right? Yeah, that’s right. Okay, sure. And what is your culture, by the way? You said your culture, what’s your culture? Monk? Monk. Monk? Monk. And where are you, how, were you born here in this country? Yeah. Okay. I’m from the Arkansas, my parents are from Arkansas. Are your parents first generation immigrants? Okay. They married my grandparents. Okay, cool, awesome, excited. John, okay, so Jacques. And what’s your name? Roy. And you drove here from where, Roy? Really? For this interview? How’d you hear about us? We have about half a million people listen to our podcast, so they have, I don’t think the workshops you were at, but Sean, were you the one we had people from Guam here? So we have people from Guam and Canada and Australia. I’m always amazed though, because you never know with the podcast where it’s going to reach. You know, we’ve hit number one on iTunes six times, so we get different like people that find it. But that’s, so you, how far did you drive? That’s impressive. you doing now? Where do you go to college? I’m super impressed. Okay, and you’re a graphic design guy? I’m Rachel with Tip Top K9 and we just want to give a huge thank you to Clay and Vanessa Clark. Hey guys, I’m Ryan with Tip Top K9. Just want to say a big thank you to Thrive 15. Thank you to Make Your Life Epic. We love you guys, we appreciate you, and really just appreciate how far you’ve taken us. This is our old house, right? This is where we used to live years ago. This is our old neighborhood. See? It’s nice, right? So this is my old van and our old school marketing and this is our old team and by team I mean it’s me and another guy. This is our new house with our new neighborhood. This is our new van with our new marketing and this is our new team. We went from four to fourteen and I took this beautiful photo. We worked with several different business coaches in the past, and they were all about helping Ryan sell better and just teaching sales, which is awesome, but Ryan is a really great salesman, so we didn’t need that. We needed somebody to help us get everything that was in his head out into systems, into manuals and scripts, and actually build a team. So now that we have systems in place, we’ve gone from one to 10 locations in only a year. In October 2016, we grossed 13 grand for the whole month. Right now it’s 2018, the month of October. It’s only the 22nd, we’ve already grossed a little over 50 grand for the whole month, and we still have time to go. We’re just thankful for you, thankful for Thrive and your mentorship, and we’re really thankful that you guys have helped us to grow a business that we run now instead of the business running us. Just thank you, thank you, thank you, times a thousand. The Thrivetime Show, two-day interactive business workshops are the highest and most reviewed business workshops on the planet. You can learn the proven 13-point business system that Dr. Zellner and I have used over and over to start and grow successful companies. When we get into the specifics, the specific steps on what you need to do to optimize your website. We’re going to teach you how to fix your conversion rate. We’re going to teach you how to do a social media marketing campaign that works. How do you raise capital? How do you get a small business loan? We teach you everything you need to know here during a two-day, 15-hour workshop. It’s all here for you. You work every day in your business, but for two days you can escape and work on your business and build these proven systems so now you can have a successful company that will produce both the time freedom and the financial freedom that you deserve. You’re going to leave energized, motivated, but you’re also going to leave empowered. The reason why I built these workshops is because as an entrepreneur, I always wish that I had this. And because there wasn’t anything like this, I would go to these motivational seminars, no money down, real estate, Ponzi scheme, get motivated seminars, and they would never teach me anything. It was like you went there and you paid for the big chocolate Easter bunny, but inside of it, it was a hollow nothingness. And I wanted the knowledge, and they’re like, oh, but we’ll teach you the knowledge after our next workshop. And the great thing is we have nothing to upsell. At every workshop, we teach you what you need to know. There’s no one in the back of the room trying to sell you some next big get rich quick, walk on hot coals Product it’s literally we teach you the brass tacks the specific stuff that you need to know to learn how to start and grow a business But I encourage you to not believe what I’m saying, but I want you to Google the z66 auto auction I want you to Google elephant in the room Look at Robert Zellner and associates look them up and say are they successful because they’re geniuses Or are they successful because they have a proven system? When you do that research, you will discover that the same systems that we use in our own business can be used in your business. Come to Tulsa, book a ticket, and I guarantee you it’s going to be the best business workshop ever, and we’re going to give you your money back if you don’t love it. We built this facility for you, and now ladies and gentlemen, I’m going to bring up my good friend Ryan Wimpy, my good friend Ryan Wimpy, and his dog, Odin, this dog has the ability to eat me, so I’m sort of concerned. I’ll pass the mic to you, and Odin, you can have your own mic if you want, whatever you want, Odin. Okay, I’m a little bit afraid of Odin. Hi, I’m Ryan Wimpy. And I’m Rachel Wimpy, and the name of our business is Kip Top Canine. Our business is a dog training business. We help people with behavioral issues and teach their dog how to listen. When I was learning to become a dog trainer, we didn’t learn anything about internet marketing or advertising or anything at all. Just dog training. And that’s what’s so great about working with Clay and his team because they do it all for us. So that we can focus on our passion and that’s training dogs. Clay and his team for the last five months, two of which have been our biggest months ever. One, our biggest gross by 35%. Clay’s helped us make anything from brochures to stickers, new business cards, new logos, scripts for phones, scripts for emails, scripts for text messages, scripting for everything. How I would describe the weekly meetings with Clay and his team are awesome. They’re so effective. It’s worth every minute. Things get done, we’ll ask for things like different flyers and they’re done before our hour is up. So it’s just awesome, extremely effective. If you don’t use Clay and his team, you’re probably going to be pulling your hair out or you’re going to spend half of your time trying to figure out the online marketing game and producing your own flyers and marketing materials, print materials, all the stuff like that. You’re really losing a lot as far as lost productivity and lost time. Not having a professional do it has a real sense of urgency and actually knows what they’re doing when you already have something that’s your core focus and you already know how to do it. You would also be missing out with all the time and financial freedom that you would have working with Clay and his team. We would recommend Clay and his team to other business owners because they need to be working on their business, not just trying to figure out the online game, which is complex and changing daily. So, no one has a marketing team, too. Most people don’t, and they can’t afford one, and their local web guy or local person that they know probably can’t do everything that a whole team and a whole floor of people can do in hours and not just weeks or months. There’s a definite sense of urgency with Clay and his team. I used to have to ride other web people, I mean, really ride them to get stuff done and stuff is done so fast here. People, there’s a real sense of urgency to get it done. Hey, I’m Ryan Wimpey. I’m originally from Tulsa, born and raised here. I’ve definitely learned a lot about life design and making sure the business serves you. The linear workflow, the linear workflow for us and getting everything out on paper and documented is really important. We have workflows that are kind of all over the place. Having linear workflow and seeing that mapped out on multiple different boards is pretty awesome. That’s really helpful for me. The atmosphere here is awesome. I definitely just stared at the walls, figuring out how to make my facility look like this place. This place rocks. It’s invigorating. The walls are super, it’s just very cool. The atmosphere is cool, the people are nice, it’s a pretty cool place to be. Very good learning atmosphere. I literally want to model it and steal everything that’s here at this facility and basically create it just on our business side. Play is hilarious. I literally laughed so hard that I started having tears yesterday. And we’ve been learning a lot, which, you know, we’ve been sitting here, we’ve been learning a lot, and so the humor definitely helps, it breaks it up, but the content is awesome, off the charts, and it’s very interactive, you can raise your hand, it’s not like you’re just listening to the professor speak, you know, the wizard teaches, but the wizard interacts and he takes questions, so that’s awesome. If you’re not attending the conference, you’re missing about three quarters to half of your definitely, it’s probably worth a couple thousand dollars. So you’re missing the thought process of someone that’s already started like nine profitable businesses. So not only is it a lot of good information, but just getting in the thought process of Clay Clark or Dr. Zellner or any of the other coaches, getting in their thought process of how they’re starting all these businesses, to me, just that is priceless. That’s money. Well, we’re definitely not getting upsold here. My wife and I have attended conferences where it was great information and then they upsold us like half the conference and I don’t wanna like bang my head into a wall and she’s like banging her head into the chair in front of her. Like, it’s good information, but we’re like, oh my gosh, I wanna strangle you. Shut up and go with the presentation that we paid for. And that’s not here. There’s no upsells or anything, so that’s awesome. I hate that. Oh, it makes me angry. So, glad that’s not happening. So the cost of this conference is quite a bit cheaper than business college. I went to a small private liberal arts college and got a degree in business. And I didn’t learn anything like they’re teaching here. I didn’t learn linear workflows. I learned stuff that I’m not using and I haven’t been using for the last nine years. So what they’re teaching here is actually way better than what I got at business school. And I went what was actually ranked as a very good business school. I would definitely recommend that people would check out the Thrive 15 conference. The information that you’re going to get is just very, very beneficial and the mindset that you’re going to get, that you’re going to leave with is just absolutely worth the price of a little bit of money and a few days worth of your time. The number of new customers that we’ve had is up 411% over last year. We are Jared and Jennifer Johnson. We own Platinum Pest and Lawn and are located in Owasso, Oklahoma and we have been working with Thrive for business coaching for almost a year now. Yeah, so what we want to do is we want to share some wins with you guys that we’ve had by working with Thrive. First of all, we’re on the top page of Google now, okay. I just want to let you know what type of accomplishment this is. Our competition, Orkin, Terminix, they’re both 1.3 billion dollar companies. They both have two to three thousand pages of content attached to their website. So to basically go from virtually non-existent on Google to up on the top page is really saying something. But it’s come by being diligent to the systems that Thrive has, by being consistent and diligent on doing podcasts, and staying on top of those podcasts to really help with getting up on what they’re listing and ranking there with Google. And also, we’ve been trying to get Google reviews, asking our customers for reviews. And now we’re the highest rated and most reviewed Pest Alarm company in the Tulsa area. And that’s really helped with our conversion rate. And the number of new customers that we’ve had is up 411% over last year. Wait, say that again. How much are we up? 411%. Okay. So 411% we’re up with our new customers. Amazing. Right. So not only do we have more customers calling in, we’re able to close those deals at a much higher rate than we were before. Right now, our closing rate is about 85 percent, and that’s largely due to, first of all, like our Google reviews that we’ve gotten. People really see that our customers are happy, but also we have a script that we follow. And so when customers call in, they get all the information that they need. That script has been refined time and time again. It wasn’t a one-and-done deal. It was a system that we followed with Thrive in the refining process, and that has obviously, the 411% shows that that system works. Yeah, so here’s a big one for you. So last week alone, our booking percentage was 91%. We actually booked more deals, more new customers last year than we did the first five months, or I’m sorry, we booked more deals last week than we did the first five months of last year, from before we worked with Thrive. So again, we booked more deals last week than the first five months of last year. It’s incredible, but the reason why we have that success is by implementing the systems that Thrive has taught us and helped us out with. Some of those systems that we’ve implemented are group interviews. That way we’ve really been able to come up with a really great team. We’ve created and implemented checklists. Everything gets done and it gets done right. It creates accountability. We’re able to make sure that everything gets done properly, both out in the field and also in our office. And also doing the podcast, like Jared had mentioned, that has really, really been a big blessing in our lives and also, you know, it’s really shown that we’ve gotten a success from following those systems. So before working with Thrive, we were basically stuck. Really no new growth with our business and we were in a rut. The last three years our customer base had pretty much stayed the same. We weren’t shrinking but we weren’t really growing either. Yeah, and so we didn’t really know where to go, what to do, how to get out of this rut that we’re in. But Thrive helped us with that. They implemented those systems, they taught us those systems, they taught us the knowledge that we needed in order to succeed. Now it’s been a grind, absolutely it’s been a grind this last year, but we’re getting those fruits from that hard work and the diligent effort that we’re able to put into it. So again, we were in a rut, Thrive helped us get out of that rut, and if you’re thinking about working with Thrive, quit thinking about it and just do it. Do the action, and you’ll get the results. It will take hard work and discipline, but that’s what it’s going to take in order to really succeed. So we just want to give a big shout out to Thrive, a big thank you out there to Thrive. We wouldn’t be where we’re at now without their help. Hi, I’m Dr. Mark Moore. I’m a pediatric dentist. Through our new digital marketing plan, we have seen a marked increase in the number of new patients that we’re seeing every month, year over year. One month, for example, we went from 110 new patients the previous year to over 180 new patients in the same month. And overall, our average is running about 40 to 42 percent increase month over month, year over year. The group of people required to implement our new digital marketing plan is immense, starting with a business coach, videographers, photographers, web designers. Back when I graduated dental school in 1985, nobody advertised. The only marketing that was ethically allowed in everybody’s eyes was mouth-to-mouth marketing. By choosing the use of services, you’re choosing to use a proof-and-turn-key marketing and coaching system that will grow your practice and get you the results that you’re looking for. I went to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, graduated in 1983, and then I did my pediatric dental residency at Baylor College of Dentistry from 1983 to 1985. Hello, my name is Charles Colaw with Colaw Fitness. Today I want to tell you a little bit about Clay Clark and how I know Clay Clark. Clay Clark has been my business coach since 2017. He’s helped us grow from two locations to now six locations. We’re planning to do seven locations in seven years and then franchise. Clay has done a great job of helping us navigate anything that has to do with running the business, building the system, the checklist, the workflows, the audits, how to navigate lease agreements, how to buy property, how to work with brokers and builders. This guy is just amazing. This kind of guy has worked in every single industry. He’s written books with Lee Crockrell, head of Disney with the 40,000 cast members. He’s friends with Mike Lindell. He does Reawaken America tours where he does these tours all across the country where 10,000 or more people show up to some of these tours. On the day-to-day he does anywhere from about 160 companies. He’s at the top. He has a team of business coaches, videographers, graphic designers, and web developers. They run 160 companies every single week. Think of this guy with a team of business coaches running 160 companies. Every six to eight weeks he’s doing Reawaken America tours. Every six to eight weeks he’s also doing business conferences where 200 people show up and he teaches people a 13 step proven system that he’s done and worked with billionaires helping them grow their companies. I’ve seen guys from start-ups go from start-up to being multi-millionaires, teaching people how to get time freedom and financial freedom through the system of critical thinking, document creation, making it, putting it into, organizing everything in their head to building it into a franchisable, scalable business. Like one of his businesses has like 500 franchises. That’s just one of the companies or brands that he works with. So, amazing guy, Elon Musk, kind of like smart guy. He kind of comes off sometimes as socially awkward, but he’s so brilliant and he’s taught me so much. When I say that. Clay doesn’t care what people think when you’re talking to him. He cares about where you’re going in your life and where he can get you to go. That’s what I like him most about him. He’s like a good coach. A coach isn’t just making you feel good all the time. A coach is actually helping you get to the best of you. Clay has been an amazing business coach. Through the course of that we became friends. My most impressive thing is when I was shadowing him one time, we went into a business deal and listened to it. I got to shadow and listen to it. When we walked out, I knew that he could make millions on the deal and they were super excited about working with him. He told me, he’s like, I’m not going to touch it. I’m going to turn it down because he knew it was going to harm the common good of people in the long run. The guy’s integrity just really wowed me. It brought tears to my eyes to see that this guy, he doesn’t, his highest desire was to do what’s right. And anyways, just an amazing man. So anyways, impacted me a lot. He’s helped navigate. Anytime I’ve gotten nervous or worried about how to run the company or, you know, navigating competition and an economy that’s like, I remember we got closed down for three months. He helped us navigate on how to stay open, how to get back open, how to just survive through all the COVID shutdowns, lockdowns, because our clubs are all closed for. I’m Rachel with Tip Top K9, and we just want to give a huge thank you to Clay and Vanessa Clark. Hey, guys. I’m Ryan with Tip Top K9. Just want to say a big thank you to Thrive 15. Thank you to Make Your Life Epic. We love you guys. We appreciate you and really just appreciate how far you’ve taken us. This is our old house. Right. This is where we used to live years ago. This is our old neighborhood. See? It’s nice, right? So this is my old van and our old school marketing. And this is our old team. And by team I mean it’s me and another guy. This is our new house with our new neighborhood. This is our new van with our new marketing and this is our new team. We went from 4 to 14 and I took this beautiful photo. We worked with several different business coaches in the past and they were all about helping Ryan sell better and just teaching sales, which is awesome, but Ryan is a really great salesman, so we didn’t need that. We needed somebody to help us get everything that was in his head out into systems, into manuals and scripts and actually build a team. So now that we have systems in place, we’ve gone from one to ten locations in only a year. In October 2016, we grossed 13 grand for the whole month. Right now it’s 2018, the month of October. It’s only the 22nd. We’ve already grossed a little over 50 grand for the whole month and we still have time to go. We’re just thankful for you, thankful for Thrive and your mentorship and we’re really thankful that you guys have helped us to grow a business that we run now instead of the business running us. Just thank you, thank you, thank you, times a thousand. The Thrive Time Show, two-day interactive business workshops are the highest and most reviewed business workshops on the planet. You can learn the proven 13 point business system that Dr. Zellner and I have used over and over to start and grow successful companies. When we get into the specifics, the specific steps on what you need to do to optimize your website. We’re going to teach you how to fix your conversion rate. We’re going to teach you how to do a social media marketing campaign that works. How do you raise capital? How do you get a small business loan. We teach you everything you need to know here during a two day, 15 hour workshop. There’s no one in the back of the room trying to sell you some next big get-rich-quick, walk-on-hot-coals product. It’s literally we teach you the brass tacks, the specific stuff that you need to know to learn how to start and grow a business. And I encourage you to not believe what I’m saying, and I want you to Google the Z66 auto auction. I want you to Google elephant in the room. Look at Robert Zellner and Associates. Look them up and say, are they successful because they’re geniuses or are they successful because they have a proven system? When you do that research, you will discover that the same system that we use in our own business can be used in your business. Come to Tulsa, book a ticket, and I guarantee you it’s going to be the best business workshop ever and we’re going to give you your money back if you don’t loan. we’re going to give you your money back if you don’t loan. We built this facility for you and we’re excited to see it.
