Follow the Path

This week as a business coach at the incredible Thrivetime Show I was able to learn even more about what it takes to run a business. When it comes to running a business while the entire world has shut down that does not mean that you can shut down as well. It is very important that business owners see what needs be done to keep the business alive. Business owners and business coach professionals must make sure they are able to look ahead at what changes need to be made to continue to remain a solvent business. For a business to be solvent it needs to be able to pay its debts and contain more assets than it does liabilities.

I learned that even in times of economic distress there are still things that can be done.

I learned that even in times of economic distress there are still things that can be done to continue to solve problems in exchange for payment, which is what all businesses do. An excellent example of what can be done is to work on the scripts that are used in all parts of the company. From the welcome scripts that the front office needs to the calling scripts used when calling leads, it is great to be able to have a moment to take a look at how you can improve areas of the company.

Businesses’ are important when it comes to a healthy and functioning economy. In order for economies to stay alive, businesses must be available for industry and trade to take place. Another brilliant example of what can be done during a time of economic duress is to take a look at the pricing structure of your team. It may be that your team during times of economic surplus were not set up on a merit-based pay. Now is the time when you are able to restructure and bring about high results when the team begins working on a merit-based pay system.

There are many more examples that can be had when it comes to the things that can be done to improve a before it is actually open or during times when forced to shut down. It takes incredible tenacity to hold the fort so to speak and to continue going even when many forces encourage you to do otherwise. Business owners continue to surprise and amaze as they continue to find innovative processes to stay alive. It is incredibly important to keep moving forward and not let anything, even an economic shutdown, to allow you to slow down or lose track of your goal.

At the end of the day, the reason for the business is after all to serve the business owner. Business is available for business owners to have the time and financial freedom to achieve their personal goals. When it comes to time and financial freedom many entrepreneurs as well as business owners may not have climbed to the top of the mountain and reach the top yet. It is however imperative to stay true to the business coach path to success and use excellent resources such as the amazing business coaches at the Thrivetime show. If entrepreneurs continue on the path then they are guaranteed to reach the top of the mountain success.
