What to Do with LEADS!?

One thing that I’ve been able to see as a business coach in every single business we have worked with the Thrivetime show, is the fact that they often go from receiving no inbound leads to multiple inbound leads every single week. It was great to see this transition in this growth with new clients whenever they implement the proven path in the system. Is it always exciting to see them get new leads in often times in Bellmead for the first time in a business career. Since this is sometimes new to business owners, it can be difficult to know what to do with these leads.

 

Speed is oftentimes seen hand-in-hand with quality. If you provide fast service and it is high-quality service as well, people will perceive your brand as higher quality than the competition even if the only reason is because you called him back faster.

 

The first thing that you should do whenever you get a new lead is to text them your company name. It is very important to text your new lead because most people are going to be answering the phone call from a random number. If you text to Leads before calling them, they will have a better chance of knowing that it is you because of the text preview and sometimes, thanks to technology, your phone will tell them who is calling whenever you do make the call. it’s very important to always text the lead before you call them because it’s one Kris your chances of him picking up greatly.

Before I get too far ahead of myself as a business coach, it is very important to talk about the speed of service. Speed is oftentimes seen hand-in-hand with quality. If you provide fast service and it is high-quality service as well, people will perceive your brand as higher quality than the competition even if the only reason is because you called him back faster. Speed is incredibly important when it comes to new inbound leads. If you have somebody reaching out to you for service, you must understand that time is of the essence and the clock is ticking very quickly. Your potential customer is currently out getting quotes from two other companies at minimum to see who is going to have the best service at the best price. Salesforce.com says that 50% of all the movies go to the first company to contact the prospect. This means if you were simply faster than the competition, you will get 50% of the leads that come in.

The other thing that you must do, is send out a confirmation email when you send out a text. This is another form of communication and it helps to ensure that you will contact the prospect that has reached out to you. Once you do get a hold of the prospect, it’s important that you follow a very intentional script and delete them down the sales path. If you were not intentional and your sales calls, you will not come to a conclusion in the lead will drift. Every scripture requires rapport if you were not intentional in your sales calls, you will not come to the conclusion in the legal drift. Every scripture requires rapport needs benefits and a close., needs, benefits, and a close.  If you leave this part up to your employees, they will make sure that only the minimum gets completed. This means you have to write out the entire script otherwise you’ll be reading your entire company brand up to the employees to pick up the phone.

The marketing of a business is one of the easiest things to do. If you follow the proven business coach path of video reviews, images, search engine articles, and more Google reviews, you will have a successful Lee generating business. The next step, is actually closing those deals. It’s one thing to get the leads, but it is another to actually book them and receive compensation for work. Make sure that you have a system that is built from lead generation all the way until the close of the job.
